Chris Beswick is a proud Warkworth local with over 50 years in the community and more than 30 years of experience navigating Rodney District and Auckland Council consenting processes. His deep understanding of local planning and geotechnical requirements means he can anticipate and resolve potential issues before they become costly delays. After earning his NZ Certificate in Architectural Design from Unitec in Auckland, Chris honed his skills at Hawthorn Geddes Engineers and Architects during the 1990s. There, he also gained knowledge of the unique geotechnical challenges in the Rodney area. In 2001, Chris launched Architectural Services Ltd, and since then, he has been helping clients design homes they love.
